Thereafter our state-of-the-art and safety compliant packaging units pack your order with clean, eco-friendly, packing material without using any chemicals or harmful glues. Yet, we highly recommend washing your order before consumption.

At Tropical Frooti, the entire cycle of your order delivery is processed with immense care and safety. However, at some rare occasions and due to conditions beyond our control your order may get damaged or may not be as per your expectations. The Tropical Frooti Team puts in a lot of effort to reduce carbon footprints! Most part of your packaging is recyclable and does not need to end up in trash! The cardboard box and all the other materials in the box are made of repurposed elements and are entirely recyclable. Just drop them in your recycling bin. The cooling ‘all-natural’ solution in the ice packs is a mix of water and salt gel designed to stay colder than regular ice. Pop them into the freezer for future use or snip off the ends and flush this harmless solution in the toilet. The plastic wrapping of this solution can be tossed into your recycling bin.

No problem! If for some reason you aren’t home, our delivery person will leave the package for you at your door. Since our food is carefully packaged with insulated liners and ice packs, it will remain cold and fresh for you until you get home later that evening. If your box is lost or stolen, we will offer you a full credit towards a future order.
